RouteIQ is built for revenue teams who can't afford to take risks with their CRM data. Here's how we protect yours.
Access
We connect to Salesforce via OAuth. We never see or store your Salesforce password, and you can revoke our access at any time from your Salesforce connected-apps settings.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Data residency
Your lead and opportunity data stays within your CRM tenancy. We process only the objects needed to route and learn.
Model isolation
We never use one customer's data to train another customer's model. No PII is used to train shared models.
Compliance
Our practices are aligned with GDPR and CCPA. We follow industry-standard security practices and can share current security documentation with customers under evaluation.
